Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can get yourself a cup of tea and get settled in the training room.
There will be a 15 minute tea break half way through the course.
FAQ's
You should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard, understand how to copy & paste, and know the different functions of the mouse buttons. If you do not then we recommend starting with our 'Basic Computing Skills' course, or booking a one-to-one session with one of our trainers so that they can go through these key skills, before you attend this course.
